"Relais Sant’Elena is the perfect retreat after the go-go-go of city travel - a peaceful, sanctuary to slow down and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The food was unbelievable: farm-to-fork in the truest sense, simple cooking done perfectly at both breakfast and dinner. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back! Highly recommend, especially for a convenient place to stay before flying out of the Pisa airport."

It is very convenient to have the restaurant on the property. The location is magical right next to the famous Abbey of San Galgano. Looking forward to returning in the near future. "Struttura in un ex convento di suore stupendo medievale nei minimi particolari dalle porte alle maniglie alle luci interne e esterne un luogo di pace e serenità in mezzo alla natura . Il proprietario Sig. Antonello molto molto gentile e disponibile fiero giustamente della sua struttura consiglia posti dove cenare e luoghi dove fare del turismo a corto raggio . Consigliato anche per bikers xchè ha un bel parcheggio interno lontano dalla strada anche se poco trafficata . "
