"We booked this very last minute because we decided at the last minute to visit Cinque Terre so I didn’t read too much about what it looked like. 1. The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. "This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at! The staff were absolutely incredible, the restaurant and breakfast were delicious, and the hotel was clean and in a very convenient location. I would stay here again! Alessio from the restaurant and Nicola who drove us in a shuttle were amazing and so helpful. Alessio remembered us every day and treated us like regular customers. 100% recommend this hotel and particularly the staff- every single person was excellent!"
