La Playa Hotel
We had a wonderful time during our stay. The staff took care of us really well, and they have transportation pick up/drop off from the hotel to downtown. Wellcome drinks, snacks (cookies) at night, great breakfast. We'll definitely come back.

Carmel Beach Hotel
We called ahead to avoid being put in a room we had stayed in before, where staff constantly walk past the window at the exact height of the bed.
