"This property had its day but long passed now. The spa area is very dirty. Unscrubbed tiles, unkempt grounds & outdoor common areas. The thermal pools were lukewarm, dirty, & jets not fully functioning. The lobby area and dining room are nice but staff is rude and haughty with the impression they are still in the grandiose days of yore."

"The staff barely spoke English and weren’t helpful at all. Check in and check out a total disaster. I was told I had to wait until 8:00 to do my check out . Toilets leak and a/c barely works. The pool area is nice, but the hotel is very poorly maintained. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were inedible."

"Nice staff although additional costs such as use of pool and swim caps weren't explained to us prior, despite having called before arriving and being told the swim pool was included in our price. Very dated rooms and the hotel lobby is a complete mess with furniture everywhere. Swimming pool was nice but jacuzzi looked out onto a small maintenance area that wasn't very nice to look at."

"The hotel is located in the very center of Abano, all the staff are very friendly, always ready to help, our stay was very pleasant"
