「Overall this was a good budget friendly option. For the price it was cery clean and the staff wre very friendly. I would clarify that the breakfast was only on the first day and only a bag of cookies and a smashed muffin. And while it is close to some areas of interest, i would make sure to get a few bus tickets if you want to venture further than the Norman palace or Palermo Cathedral. 」

「I’ve traveled to 14 countries and I have to say that this hotel had some of the best service ever. From the moment we walked in we were immediately greeted by the team. They took the time to explain to us amenities of the local area including “must see” and dining options. I cant stress enough that this was a great, conveniently located hotel which the best service ever. 」

「We are a family of four. Our 7 year old twins enjoyed this hotel. The staff were amazing! They were always ready to help with anything from breakfast, taxi rides, etc. the location is close to everything. Don’t let the neighborhood scare you. Locals are friendly. We felt safe walking around at night. The center is about 10-15 minute walk. You’ll get used to locate the main streets once you figure out where the main attractions are. Used google maps daily. 」
