There is no elevator so it’s very difficult for disabled people to get around and a bit rundown.

In Wisconsin buildings that are 2 stories are not required to have elevators. I recommend calling hotels when you make your reservation. You can ask about an elevator and request 1st floor at that time. Given enough notice, we can usually accommodate that request.

My room smelled like mildew and mold. It was very disgusting!!

I am sorry to hear that your room was musty. I know that was the night of the storm. The wind was blowing right at your A?C unit. I have had maintenance clean that unit. We also put a dehumidifier in the room to remove any excess moisture. Thank you for making us aware of the situation.
Bathtub was dirty, dirty towel was left on hook in bathroom, bedding was not good, needs improvement

Could not pay with cash, very disappointed in that. Called the hotel several times prior to check in, no one ever answered the phone. One of the front office staff was rude. Beds were very uncomfortable

Thank you for staying with us. I am sorry that were had some problems with our phones this past week. We need a valid credit card to check into the hotel. This is to cover any incidentals. At check out time guests may pay cash if that is their preference. If someone on the staff was rude to you, I would like to know about what happened. That is not the kind of service we wish to be known for. Thank you.
Clean room, helpful staff, room temperature was difficult to maintain but overall great stay. Nice pool and hot tub. Decent breakfast. Would stay again.

The property was nice and clean. The downfall was a lot of very loud children running the halls and the parents and staff allowing it. Also making the breakfast area they're hangout at night and using the appliances. It was not controlled until several complaints by my myself and others.
It did quiet down but not until the pool closed.

We have stayed here before and decided to return. The young woman at the desk is very pleasant and helpful. Check in was the quickest I have experienced in a long time. The building and outside area appear to be well maintained and are well lit.

Pretty clean and organized. Easy check in. No elevator but first floor is accessible. Pool would have been nice to use but closed by 9pm. Breakfast was okay.

Phone didn’t work!! Room was way too hot when walking in!!! Besides the thundering herd of elephants above me all night long very nice stay!!!

We are working on our phones. I am sure the front desk would have let you use our phone. Did you let the front desk know about the noise upstairs? I do know that there were children up there. The front desk people will go talk to the guest in question, if they are notifies of the issue.
