「Absolutely fantastic stay, sparkling clean and spacious room, stayed in the coach house, well maintained and comfy room. Had food in restaurant and Alfredo was a gracious host. All staff very friendly and looked after me being on my own. Will definitely be staying again and going to visit restaurant.」

「I loved staying at The Beaches because everything was perfect, the owners were on hand to do breakfast every morning which wasn't limited to either a full English or just cereals (as in some B&B's that I've stayed in), they were happy to be of any help that you needed. I would be very happy to stay there next year when I go down again. There was nothing to hate about staying there.」

「Nice clean large room. The fridge was a big bonus. Excellent shower which was much appreciated after a long day walking. We were led to believe from the hotel.com web site that there is Wifi only in public areas but in fact there was wifi all over the the guest house including the rooms. And it was super fast wifi. 「Easy to find, just off the A38 towards Bristol. The area surrounding pub is quite busy, as the pub is in a busy village centre. It’s also not a quint essential country pub, it’s a busy local hub. The staff were great from start to finish, really friendly and chatty, made us feel right at home. We chose the pub due to its location within walking distance to the Thatchers Brewery (30mins). 「We had a 2 night stay, though wanted to stay longer. The Compton House was lovely. We explored the grounds and loved the garden seating area. Patricia was very welcoming and made us feel at home. She was soo accommodating. We had access to the rest of the house which was like being in Bridgerton. Room was clean and cosy. Homemade fruit compote for breakfast with breakfast made to order.
