Highly recommended a stay

Absolutely fantastic stay, sparkling clean and spacious room, stayed in the coach house, well maintained and comfy room. Had food in restaurant and Alfredo was a gracious host. All staff very friendly and looked after me being on my own. Will definitely be staying again and going to visit restaurant.

A really lovely independent option

This is a great family run Italian restaurant with some very comfortable rooms above this. The food and staff were lovely and it was a good distance from the city centre.

The Inn is quaint, clean and the restaurant downstairs is a nice bonus. Parking was a challenge. It's a busy area and nearby street parking was not available. Pay parking is a 7 minute walk away and costs 25£ for overnight. Something to keep in mind if you are driving.

Small hotel above an Italian restaurant. lovely room, very friendly and helpful staff and brilliant location for Sophia Gardens. Only drawback was that the walls seemed a bit thin and you could hear what was going on above you and especially downstairs in the restaurant when they were moving tables in the morning. Would highly recommend though.

Beautiful hotel above posh Italian Restaurant

I was greeted and given a glass of water whilst waiting - as I had walked from the train station with a suitcase. I was then shown up to my room and the host explained clearly about how to use the key/key fob and what time I would need to use the key for the front door when they close it at night. The carpets are beautifully deep and nice to walk on and the hotel has only just been decorated so everything is new. The en-suite bathroom is beautiful and the shower works well. I am pleased with my stay. If I come here again I may use the Italian Restaurant downstairs!

The room was clean and comfortable and very accessible to Bute Park, restaurants, cafes and the city centre. The owners were super helpful and looked after me very well. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if ever I was in Cardiff.

Lovely hotel and restaurant

Really lovely hotel, stayed in the Coach House, lovely decor and surroundings, very pretty court yard. We found the bed a little bit uncomfortable as it was very soft. We were wishing they did breakfast, the food in the restaurant is amazing and I'd imagine they would do fantastic breakfast. Lovely place to stay, highly recommend!
