"Pros: Loved the location. You can park the car and leave it there all week. Staff wonderful. Semi-Cons: It's an older motel. Rooms were a little outdated. No microwave to warm up leftovers. Every time you turn the bathroom light on the LOUD fan goes on too. You can't turn the fan off unless the light is turned off. None of the Semi-Cons would keep me from coming back. The location and staff will have me coming back in the future."

"The room was very clean and spacious. Perfect for a family of four. The only negative was we found mildew/mold in the ceiling over the front door but we saw it the morning we were leaving so it didn't affect our stay. There was no time to stress about what it really was."

"Absolutely beautiful Bed and Breakfast in a great location in Tom's River. The room was really unique and had a lot of charm. I would say the shower was the only downside of my stay. The free coffee, water and baked goods were a welcome surprise. I would stay again!"

"Despite the negative reviews of this place I must admit the room I had (105) was quite good,. It was clean, there was plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower. Shampoo conditioner and soap were provided, The towels and sheets were clean, no hairs or stains,. The shower , was a little scratched on the floor of the bathtub probably because of all the sand, but clean. I am taking 1 star off for 2 reasons, 1) They need blinds on the window because the Persian blinds let in the hallway light and the stairs were next to it and I felt it didn't provide enough privacy, 2) The bed , while very comfortable and clean creaked a lot from the springs. The location is excellent , only 1 block from Midway Steaks / Spicy Cantina on the boardwalk. The parking , while tight was manageable. But we had a pleasant stay and I would stay here again."
