「The staff was unbelievably unprofessional.
During check-in, we waited for about 10 minutes while the front desk employee finished a personal conversation. After that, she decided to serve beer to a customer who arrived after us instead of checking us in.
The room smelled strongly of dampness and sewage, but when we brought it to the staff’s attention, no one seemed concerned or took any action.」
