「Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, für den Gast wird alles getan und für Fragen immer eine Lösung und Antwort gefunden! Das Ambiente ist wunderschön und schafft eine romantische, heimelige Atmosphäre, Inder man sich immer wohlfühlt! Das einzige Manko ist, dass der Wellness-Bereich, ist ebenfalls sehr schön und sauber, an vollen Tagen überfüllt ist, was der endgültigen Entspannung leider nicht ganz zuträgt. Wir würden dennoch gerne wiederkommen!」

「We had an amazing time over Christmas at Villa Alma. Sofia was a great host and very attentive. The location is beautiful and peaceful. It's easy to get to from Salzburg and there's plenty of transport to get around nearby. There are a few good walks locally, including amazing views at the top of the Zwolferhorn. There was a good variety for breakfast, and the room was well designed and comfortable. The whole hotel was stylish and well thought through. Would definitely recommend.」

「Il menù della colazione non prevede alcuna pietanza dolce. Al massimo mono porzioni di cioccolato o marmellate da spalmare sul pane. Peccato perché la struttura è dotata di cucina e la cena è di buona qualità.」

「The staffs are good and helpful. The lication is fine, though not very close to the railway station nor the bus station but acceptable. The food is good and the room is nice. But the room is small and the view is not value for the expensive hotel charge! I expect a much bigger room with great view. The service is good. If money is not a concern for you, I recomment it.」

「Everything was great and love all these heritage deco . Will be better if a coffee machine can be provided, I bring my own tea bag but couldn’t even find a cup inside the room. The only comment is a waitress was not too friendly to us (Asian )while we were having breakfast .」

「如果你希望看到萨尔茨堡山间最美的一面，那一定要尝试一下这家酒店，如果你热爱徒步和越野跑，也一定住这里。酒店服务也非常棒。房间选择山景那一面更好。唯一的缺点是需求开车或打车才能抵达，但车程在15分钟内就可到达老城任何点，所以也不算大问题。」
