「Hola! Después de alojarnos en este hotel repetiríamos sin ninguna duda. En primer lugar por la buena localización, al lado de la Catedral y en pleno casco histórico. Un hotel nuevo, con habitaciones y aseo nuevo, limpio impoluto y habitación bastante grandecita. El personal muy amable en todo momento. El colchón y almohada muy cómodos, esto es destacable. El único pero que le pongo (aunque no por ello le quito estrellas, a la valoración), es el desayuno. Es muy escueto y muy poquita variedad....

「The hotel’s location is terrific. The room was terrific. Sylvia, the receptionist, was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately the area around the main plaza is run down and a bit unkept and dirty. The hotel is well located to the main attractions; Casa Botines and the Cathedral. 」
