「In all the places that I have ever traveled this is absolutely my favorite spot of all time. It is simply fantastic in all aspects, food, scenery, education and hotel. I do not recall anything better anywhere that I have ever been. Oh, Lunch in the newer cafeteria, meeh ..... I like lunch in the restaurant so much better ... Please consider bringing it back.」

「I booked for King bed but they gave me two queen bed. When i asked front desk they said they cannot do anything. I was walking around the premises in late evening, some cop detained me suspecting someone else and despite knowing I’m staying in the hotel, they didn’t intervene. When cops let me go because they couldn’t associate me to whatever investigation they were doing, i approached front desk and the guy said sorry. This is very embarrassing and first time ever experience for me.」

「The recent renovations of this hotel is like putting lipstick on a pig. Unsafe neighborhood with gambling houses nearby and INSIDE the hotel by the front desk. Lots of undesirable people staying and living in the hotel, rusted out rails and stairs. The rooms themselves are alright, but the overall impression of the hotel has you counting down the hours until you can check out.」

「The place was super run down and filthy, there were buckets all over to catch leaks from the ceiling!! I was approached several times by prostitutes seemed super unsafe but had to stay there for work and was past the refund time!! Would NEVER stay there again, stay far away!!」

「The fire alarm went off 5 times between 9:30pm and 1am. Finally the fire department took the system out of use. No compensation at all」

「We weren't able to make our first date of our reservation due to unexpected illness and they forfited our reservation kept all our money and re-rented out our room to someone else and then cause they were the only hotel with a room available we had to book another room for our stay and charged us premium rates for it. Terrible customer service.」
