I particulary wanted to find the flea market and they were helpful and gave me directions. The room was clean and comfortable and the location is excellent. Buzzy, fun area. As a person who needs natural daylight I found our studio room a little gloomy but we spent so little time there during the day it really didn't matter too much. Gianlucca the property manager was an absolute superstar and couldn't have been more accommodating. Palermo is the most wonderful...

「Great location. Walking distance to all the major sites and markets. Very attentive and service friendly staff. Breakfast was good ... try the hot chocolate. Room was spacious (we had an apartment). Valet parking was appreciated ... otherwise we would not have found a parking spot. Stayed 5 days and loved it.」

「Everyone was kind and helpful. They were very accommodating sine I arrived early an allowed me to get into my room. When I got there breakfast had ended and I was allowed to partake for a discounted even though it was not part of my stay. Jet lag made me late the second day and again they let me eat.」
