「Nice property and a good location. Wasn’t overly enthused with the check in process. Despite booking two rooms, and one specifically a 3-person room, I was told my booking didn’t reflect 5 people so I was charged an additional €360 before even getting a room key. But I was “in luck” since the room I booked was available to accommodate 3 people - go figure! The room I paid for already was still available!? What luck! If you’re expecting a 5-star experience, recalibrate. This isn’t a 5-star...
