「Acogedor, buen desayuno.」

「It was wonderful!」

「It was perfect….the outside was a little run down but the inside was perfect. They had just moved and not cleaned up so that did not help the appearance.」

「Country side」

「A lovely hotel we ran into. Staff were charming and very helpful. Only issue was that WiFi wasn’t working in the room」

「Great place to stay, felt rustic yet upscale. The location put you within a 45 minute drive of many Tuscan sights and towns. The restaurant offered some of the best dinners we had in Italy with a true farm to table experience. The staff were extremely helpful with suggestions for the area」

「We LOVED our stay with Sonya and Marcello! This medieval Tuscan town is charming, with stunning views, proximity to wineries and olive groves. The accomodation is built within the lower castle walls. Fully renovated and beautifully decorated. The hosts are simply amazing and our stay with them is the highlight of our trip to Italy!」

「Posizione molto comoda, adiacente all’uscita dell’autostrada. Stanza non male」

「有歷史的飯店，飯店有小酒吧很方便，距離熱鬧市區和火車站近，交通方便 但無熱水壺等配備，泡茶泡咖啡較不方便」

「Very nice place, narrow one way road in.」

「Super!」

「Pro: gorgeous and spacious property, we were upgraded to a junior suite that was lovely, attentive staff, and incredible amenities. Pool was wonderful for tired bodies. Con: very few. The restaurant on site has pretty limited menu, toilet in room kept running all night long- informed staff on checkout (as it was troublesome to flush, and wasting water), fridge in room- housed in a cabinet that I feel caused it to overheat… and therefore was not very powerful enough to keep drinks cold. Loved...

「Feels like property incomplete in furnishing, still being set. Lots of service glitches...They couldn't sort my storage and I had no where to keep it. Quite frustrating given my locked had been prebooked. Air con was only 'on', but not working, with windows shut - it got stuffy. No one came to fix it. Huge space, which was nice, but felt they could have added a desk and chair in the room. Nowhere to keep your stuff other than a strange shelf unit. As bed was high, and it all just felt weird....

「Clean comfortable but mostly so central , just a minute or two walk to the lovey streets of the hilltop town and restaurants and bars Very enjoyable」

「Patrizio was an EXCEPTIOAL host. We called him Papa Arezzo because he was so kind, so helpful, and so knowledgeable. He drove us to a reasonable parking lot, showed us how to set how to set up the English function on our auto and phone, friended us on the WhatsApp site for incidental conversation, walked us to his favorite restaurants, and set up special discounts for us. He also wrote down certain "must see" sites for us, and then drew a map of the best way to get to Pienza, our next site, with...

「I would never recommend this property, as it only had a nice room. Breakfast was so bad, I suspect the breastfeeding never gets used. No toaster, ni cereals, . No where to sit outside. You are not allowed to used the breakfast area at night. You cannot turn a light on in the breakfast are. The staff are very rude. They do not take suggestions to improve the property." You should of picked a better place we are only small!"」

「Wonderful stay at the house were fantastic.」
