「We had an excellent week at Il Querciolo. It is an ideal location for a base to explore Tuscany with Arezzo, Siena and Florence all within easy reach. If you prefer quieter smaller towns, there are plenty to choose from, such as Cortona, Monte San Savino, Gargonza, Lucignano, Castiglion Fiorentino - all close by. Cesare and family were amazing hosts and provided a warm welcome and plenty of suggestions of places to visit. They also produce some amazing wine, which you have to try when you stay....

「Camera pulita, colazione buona, buono il ristorante. Ottimo il garage per le bici. Un pò troppo rumore dal corridoio, con le porte che sbattono.」

「An absolutely perfect stay. The resort is intimate with beautiful rooms, a stunning pool where you can watch the sun set under the Tuscan hills. The gardens are fragrant and lovely. Our breakfast was the perfect start to the day. We also loved the wine tasting.」

「Sound of traffic could be heard all night. If one booked a room that was not facing the road it may have been a total different experience. Adjoining restaurant was very good, would recommend.」

「Hotel is along the road, very convenient to find parking and the address. The rooms are a bit old, but the view is stunning with a panorama of the entire Tuscan countryside. The hotel offers dinner, but if you’re willing to drive for 10 mins there is some delicious, great value dining options in town. 」

「Roberto and Victoria are lovely! So nice, very helpful and breakfast was so nice out in the garden! Roberto can’t do enough for you! Hotel is up around the middle of the town, well located to go up or down and near everything! The room we had was old, crowded and bathroom very tiny, even hard for my husband to fit between the sink and wall to get to the toilet, it’s just that the property is old and not renovated so understandable but because I depend a lot on reviews, I’m telling it like it...

「In questo borgo si dà un vero senso alle parole “silenzio e pace” la struttura ricavata da immobili all’interno delle mura sapientemente ristrutturati con gusto ed attenzione. Ci siamo tornati per la terza volta e ci torneremo.」

「It’s a beautiful property, but be aware that it is secluded and that the restaurant menu is quite limited and after a couple of days, we were happy to go elsewhere. The waiting staff was attentive and nice, front desk not as much (maybe the la guard barrier?)」
