"I am working in the area so I stay at this property on and off. Staff are not friendly but not rude either. The air conditioning are old and struggling to work. I can imagine what summer will be like in the little units. There are no local channels available and the YV’s have been updated within the last 10 years I guess but are deteriorating and poor picture quality. "

"The bed spread had a huge nasty looking stain on it and the screen on the window was off and sitting on the ground outside my room. The attendant wouldn’t change my room unless I paid more money. "

"So. If you're looking for the most basic of motels, literally just a bed for the night and maybe a television and a place to charge your phone, this is it. The room was small but clean, and very quiet! I didn't hear a peep from anyone in any other rooms, and nothing from the freeway (because it is literally right next to 101). The bed was actually fairly comfortable. Surprisingly the room had both a fridge (that actually kept things cold) and a microwave. Our room was the accessible room with the roll-in shower, and the shower had zero water pressure, so that was a definite drawback. The sink had great water pressure so I was hoping the shower would be the same, but alas, it was not to be.There was also no light in the shower, but enough light bled through from the rest of the bathroom that it wasn't too much of an issue.Denny's is right next door if you need food, and the Shell down the road is open 24 hours if you just need a soda or a candy bar in the middle of the night, Staff is friendly (kind of awkward, but all nice guys) and happy to provide extra towels or pillows if you need them, "

"Overall it was a good experience, but i notice me and my wife woke up what seem to be bed bug bites over our body room 423, which is odd because i always book with tetra love the hotel. And recently the last two times staff have charge me 200 dollars for security deposit. And when i ask why I get charge 200 they say it was set on the wrong setting. They should double check on what and how much they charging. "
