「Address was wrong in hotel app. Way too icy on driveway and front door. Very dangerous to get to unit. We took lift bus and the driveway was full of ice as well as the 10 feet to get to unit. Fix address on hotels app」

「We really loved our stay! It is a beautiful spot and the home is well built in the high winds. We had a few small issues we noticed and the hosts were quick to take care of them while we were there. We did not quite realize the altitude was as high as it was, (we were coming from 1,000 feet) but the view and beauty made it worth it. The sauna, hot tub and wood stove were all wonderful ways to stay warm in the chilly winter. 」

「The walls are paper-thin. The beds are sold as memory foam mattress, they are not. I sleep on memory foam. It gives just a bit when pressed. These beds are the cheapest hardest mattress from whatever local discount mattress shop. There was an extremely limited breakfast available. One night our neighbor had a full mental break down and ems had to sit outside our room for hours. Also we arrived after 10 pm. We were left to wait in the cold for a staff member.
