There were black widow spiders by the gates i had to kill due to having a 14 mo old and 3 cockroaches in the room i had to kill. And that just what i saw. I also saw a rat run from. The property to the street.

my first initial complaint was the key card for the room didn’t work so myself and my child were waiting to try and get in the door. Had to walk back up to the office to come back and have the manager come reprogram a key while we stood out there and waited once I got in the room. It didn’t smell ...

Very noisy due to the hospital helicopter. Staff were rude and disrespectful in trying to resolve a complaint (adjacent room was having a party until 4am). Will never stay here again.
