The bathroom was nasty, the room was okay if you just need to sleep. I did not feel safe staying there. The lady at the front counter was very nice and kind.

You get what you pay for
I was asked to pay a $50 dollar deposit on a room, after front desk was rude for a room with a hole in the wall and a toilet that doesn’t flush. The shower water never got hot. I was extremely disappointed

Clean & comfortable; convenient to downtown Mobile
Management/desk staff were friendly and respectful; responsive to requests. Room was clean,comfortable and quiet. Good outdoor lighting. Sink is cracked and needs replacing; wooden bathroom door splintered at the bottom. Management made aware and looking to replace items. We did not feel the need to request a room change.

Rooms & bedding was clean, bathroom was decent, could use a better housekeeper for bathroom cleaniness. Staff was GREAT!!! Breakfast could have more options. All in all would stay again

The price changed from when i booked it with pay at property option. Only complaint. It cost more per day. Overall property nice, felt comfortable. breakfast more continental but ok. pool was nice. area clean. ac good,

It is what it is. Good for a night.
Good overall. Sheets had some small yellow stains, but I was able to quickly get a fresh set from the manager. The pool was clean. There were a ton of old mattresses around the back; I guess that means the rooms were recently updated.

The room was moldy and the microwave was not plugged in-unable to reach wall socket. Someone entered my room after only being there approximately a day when I stepped out briefly. I did not like that at ALL. My personal things were laid out. Also there were some unusual request not mentioned until I got there- no visitors nor could anything come on the property to meet me

The people were incredibly rude. They illegally demanded to see papers for my Service Dog. They made me put a $50 deposit down because they did not believe my state ID was legal (I am blind and do not have a driver's license). The room was horrible. The sink was cracked. All you wanted to do was get out of there. The property was awful. We went to breakfast - there were 3 muffins, three cups of fruit. Slices of bread and yogurt. The juice dispenser was "out of order". I am handicapped and needed a downstairs room. They would not give me one (they were NOT full) and there was no elevator. This was a truly horrible experience.

We were pulling a large trailer and this Super * Hotel had truck parking at the rear of the property. About 5 large trucks parked there, still room for 5 more. We walked 1 block to a pretty good Mexican Restaurant. Rooms smelled musty. We made work.

Nice clean room. Disappointed that I missed breakfast because the night clerk told me that I would be given a boxed meal at check out!

There was a vent in the bathroom at eye-level that looked like it hadn't bee cleaned since it was installed. The bathroom sink looked like it had been broken into pieces and glued back together. The free breakfast was almost entirely breads and cereal, no meat, no eggs. The juice machine was out of order. The only thing that was gluten free was maybe the fruit cups and the yogurt cups.

I would say it needs some updating the curtain in the room was disgusting and filthy and under the AC was tons of funk. The bathroom was pretty clean but curtain needs replaced.I want stay here again I think it would be worth paying a few extra dollars to stay at a better hotel.

The only complaint is they advertise a walk in shower in the handicap room and was a tub. My wife recently broke her hip and couldn't get in the tub. That was one main reason I chose that hotel

Our review would be a lot better if the room would have been clean. There were dirty socks behind the door and food spilled in the microwave. The hotel states breakfast, but coffee was the only thing offered.
