予約時ネットの部屋が喫煙しか無く フロントで可能であれば禁煙室に変えて欲しいと要望したら変えてくれました。 チャペル周辺を散策したいと思ったのですが、結婚式が無い時は通路が閉まってるらしく、平日でお客も少なかったからかも知れませんが、フロントの方が案内して回ってくれました。 部屋のソファーのシミだけは気になりました。 部屋の広さ、セミダブルベッド、温泉大浴場、お料理の値段もリーズナブルで、とてもゆっくりとくつろけて、一人旅を堪能出来て大満足です。

ホントもっと頑張って欲しい💨

チェックイン時に名前を間違えられるし、部屋のタオルとバスタオルが臭くて、ほつれてました。 お風呂の清掃も行き届いてなく、髪の毛が落ちていました💦 唯一、レストランでの対応が気持ちよく救われましたが、料理がどれも冷めててビックリしました。

電車を利用して行くには不便な立地ではあるが、館内設備や対応は大満足。 夕食で館内のレストランを予約し、前もって地元魚介類をオーダーしたが極一般的な内容であった。

良し!

部屋は広いですが、浴槽は小さい。ただ大浴場があるので足を伸ばしてゆっくりすることはできます 自分は素泊まりだったので外に食べに行ったのですが、近隣は飲食店は少なめです 駅まで行けば飲み屋は多いですが駅までは結構遠いです

This place is decorated as a wedding venue with pretty lights, fountains, and decorations everywhere. We went around Christmas time so there were decorations everywhere. The hotel's restaurant was also tasty and reasonably priced. The only drawback was a smell of mildew in some of the common spaces. Our room was fine and everywhere was visibly clean, so I'm not sure what it was from.

Nice

This was a last minute booking and it was nice. e ended up in a traditional style room that was spacious and clean. It looks more like it's used for big events or weddings and was quiet when we were there and although there was a limited amount of English speaking staff they were always helpful

正直ちょっと狭かった

セミツインの部屋を予約したが明らかにシングルベッドが１基でちょっと狭かった。レストランで食事はとても良かった。フロントの人は親切で丁寧に対応してくれました。

ネットの写真で見るよりずっと立派なホテルです。 お風呂が少し狭いですが、女子風呂は色んなシャンプーが置いてありチョイスできるようになっていて、ちょっとテンションあがりました。書き込みにあったように中華が本格的で美味しかったです。
