Staff was courteous and professional. The downside, most properties that I’ve booked has 11 or 12nn check out time, this property has a 10am checkout. "

"We were worried that Kinshico was a little far from main touristy things in Tokyo. But this place was fantastic! Super easy access to trains and busses going in every direction. Tokyo is huge so it takes a while to get from A to B no matter where you are. This hotel was friendly and welcoming, clean and we had plenty of space to spread out as a family of 4 with two teenagers. Reception staff were super helpful - in paricular with booking us at Tokyo Skytree on our first evening, and last minute...

"The apartment was perfect size for a family of 4 with two teens. Really well equipped as it had everything we needed for a few day stay including washing machine. It was great location in Asakusa with only 10min walk to Senso ji Shrine. It was between two different metro lines meaning a walk to either station (10-15min). The apparent was designed to maximise the use of limited space and so it felt it had everything we needed without feeling crammed. Very quiet! Not right if you are expecting...

"The service of this place was amazing, especially the two gentlemen that covers the front. I can’t remember one of the gentlemen name, but he went out of his way to help us with requests and accommodations. The place was clean and spacious and in an area where it was centralized to different stations. Highly recommended. "

"We loved the staff. They were very helpful. I also loved that there was a grocery store and a 7 eleven a short 5 minute walk from the hotel. The Inaricho subway station is 5 minutes from the hotel on the Ginza line. We were able to use that to get most places."

They told us about the baggage transfer service they were partnered with, but failed to provide full details, such as needing to have the order completed the day prior… so we planned to used it and then had to pivot last minute when it was clear that it wouldn’t work out. "Me and my two children loved this hotel. Friendly staff, clean, spacious, laundry on site, conbini downstairs, steps from subway. Our only complaint is that the beds were too firm for our preference. We would stay here again without hesitation! "

"The room was very spacious and modern. We loved that it had a full size fridge, stove, and microwave. The beds were comfortable as well."

"Has easy access to a Ministop for small items and withdrawing cash. Right across Sumida river too. The property was nice and clean - the washer dryer combo meant we could work with fewer clothes for the duration of our trip. Wouldn't mind booking at the Mimaru brand again when I return to Japan."

"This hotel was across the street from the Makuhari Messe Convention Center, with a convenient sky bridge. There were 2 Lawson's convenient stores, on the 1st and 2nd floors offering much needed food and late night drink options. There is even a bus stop in front to the airport, much more affordable than a taxi. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was a good size for Westerners. "

"This trip put me in a central location with convenient access only a 10-12 minute walk to the train system. The rooms were clean and ready for me when I came back after a full day of doing stuff. The view from my balcony was spectacular. Atmosphere quiet to aid in relaxation. Breakfast was delightful yumminess. "
