Ontbijt is goed, eitjes kan je vragen en maken ze voor je klaar. Je kan aan een grote ontbijttafel zitten, maar je kan ook buiten op het terras ontbijten. Nicolosi is wat hoger gelegen, niet ver van de Etna, maar...

「They literally ghosted us. We ended up stranded up, knocking on the door for like an hour at night. They have no phone number listed anywhere. We had to ask around and talk to a hotels.com virtual assistant to eventually get a phone number. They didn’t see our booking and overbooked. They eventually got a friend to accommodate us for the night (a stranger picked us up in his car, scary but he turned out nice). But obviously it was very stressful and unprofessional. If we hadn’t been so diligent...

「A luttle difficult to find but the owner Nino was great. Always available and made it a point to greet us personally over the phone and in person. The place is brand new and beautiful.」

「This was a lovely hotel, the room was very spacious with a gorgeous high ceiling. The location was walking distance to the main sights and also Via Etnea, places to eat and supermarkets were near by. There isn't a lift in the hotel but it didn't take away how lovely the hotel was.」
