「Tim’s apartment was great. He was very easy to communicate with and he helped me with the garage. Felt very safe to be able to use the garage while on a work trip. The apartment was nice and the window shades did a great job at blocking sunlight, but also were easy to adjust to get more light in but maintain privacy. There’s a ton of storage in the apartment. This was a great location in Houston Heights, since the green belt and HEB bookend the block. 」

「Property was a great experience for me overall. Quiet neighborhood and easy to access. Kitchen was well equipped and place had plenty of space and had an overall feeling that the owners cared about their guests. If you only book major hotels normally, places like this are a great escape from the usual antiseptic corporate feeling locations.」

「Loved our stay! It was convenient location. I was a food mentor for our robotics team, and was providing 2 to 3 meals a day for them in Discovery Green park (during the Worlds competition). I could load everything in coolers and wagons and, with some extra helpers, pulled everything right to the park without needing to move my vehicle (and pay for parking) everyday. The kitchen was a fantastic resource for us as well!」

「This space felt like a retreat in the middle of a neighborhood. It was walkable to downtown, and plenty of food and drink in the Heights area. Parking was a breeze and never had any issues with the on-street parking. Walking the neighborhood was also a treat because of the history and the architecture. The only thing I wished for was a firmer bed and firmer pillows - but that's my preference! Everything else was smooth, relaxing, and beautiful! 」
