Room had a loud dripping noise coming from the bathroom ceiling vent all night, and the bathroom door would not close all the way to isolate it. My keycard didn't work the first time and I had to get it reprogrammed. I had no instructions given to me as to how to check out, and there was no drop box or the like for my keycards when I left before staff was there in the morning.

The motel was clean and room was very nice! And kitchenette was a great plus! Staff was friendly! First floor by office smelled like a fresh smoked green. Don’t mind. Overall wonderful experience! Bed was a bit firm and being your own pillows! We had a nice stay there!!!!

Called ahead to make sure I could do a late check in. Reserved two nights. They wouldn’t allow late check in after driving for hours. They had rooms available and refused to let me have one. Had to wait until 3pm to get another hotel.

The property is run down. The shower head was awful, the light to the stove hood was broken, the lighting is horrible, they're either all on or all off, the property smells horrible in the elevator, the hallways and the room. There are trains nearby. The facility is used by a company so at 6 pm the property is inundated with workers tracking in mud from their boots so the property is never clean. I can't believe Woodbridge Suites has their name on this property. I've stayed at several of their properties and have never encountered such conditions

3 star is an exaggeration. Hotel and Lobby in need of a remodel. Room smelled. Cheap pillows, towels and blankets. TV was glued down to the furniture. Elevator was dirty and what looked like feces smears on the elevator wall.
