「The hotel in general is good, my room was excellent, clean, with everything you need for a pleasant stay, the breakfast service a little poor, but what I didn't like was that there was no hot water, it is difficult to bathe with cold water」

「Steadily calling the front desk because the amount of guests that were put on the original reservation was 4 yet the steadily kept leaving 2 bath towels only until the last night I finally left a sticky note asking for extra towels since I could not get them on the phone 」

「La habitación aparentemente limpia, pero había cabello en la tina, en la colcha había cabellos, huele a humedad. La chica de recepción estaba hablando por teléfono y hasta que terminó me atendió, no activó las tarjetas y tuve que regresar a que las activara. El desayuno bien. No te aclaran que te puedes estacionar en el área de discapacitados cuando tú habitación está en esa área. 」

「The facility overall was clean and had necessary kitchen needs. (However the coffee pot didn’t work properly) New washer / dryer worked well. Both bathrooms were clean and functioned well. Bedrooms were ok. Double bed a little soft for my likings, but that’s just my preference. Parking was good. Garbage dumpster available and handy. Neighbors across from us were nosy 2 nights and also barking dog one night. I would stay here again.」

「Room was clean and very roomy. Will come back and stay again. No problems with anything except that the key did not work and so I had to go back to the front desk and got assigned a different room. Room had a microwave and mini-fridge - bring your own plates/cups. Front desk opened up at 8 am and so I was able to get a coffee cup then (I had to wait an hour). McDonald's right next door if you want food. Front desk person wanted to speak to me in Spanish each time I went by (no hablo...

「When I arrived and checked in, the restroom trash from the room I checked into was still there. It had feminine products from whomever stayed there before me. I told the staff and no one, no manager nor cleaning personnel came to my room. I was not even offered to change into a new clean room, for that reason, I will not be staying there ever again. 」
