「La habitación que nos dieron estaba junto a la cocina, la alberca, el comedor… el lugar más ruidoso que pudieron encontrar, en mi reservación decía que entraba a las 2pm pero no los dejaron entrar hasta que fueran las 3pm, sin estacionamiento.. a las 6:45am pusieron música súper fuerte.. el lugar más caro, la habitación más pequeña y con un ruido tan fuerte que fue la peor opción para descansar. La atención de la recepción buena.」

「My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. 」

「el general el hotel está bien pero tiene areas de oportunidad: -mi calificacion para el personal es 10/10 pues son atentos, ambles y serviciales. -las albercas estan limpías y bonitas.(10/10) -muy limpio el patio y el area de albercas(10/10) -hay camastros perooo no hay mesitas para poner tus cosas(8/10) -obviamente es un hotel ya con sus años de uso y eso implica mantenimiento (en mi habitación la regadera tenia goteras(5/10), el lavabo estaba tapado(5/10) y desaguaba muy lento, el aire...

「La habitación es hermosa, la Propiedad no tanto.. al hacer el check in me dijeron que debía de pagar y les comenté que Expedia ya me había cobrado y tuve que enseñar mi cuenta de banco, le tomaron fotos y aún así no nos permitieron hacer el check in .. la cosa es que la ocasión anterior pasó lo mismo.. no se si sea el sistema de ellos o de Expedia.. decidí no pagar otra vez hasta que se comunicaran con Expedía.. me fui a comer a un restaurante y al final me mandaron un mensaje diciendo que ya...

「Hot tubs and pool could use more frequent cleaning. Front desk staff could be more attentive to guests vs visiting with friends. Construction project next door was very loud and starts early in the morning. Staff did nothing to quiet loud gatherings ests in common areas late at night. Housekeeping was excellent. Room was very cool. A four, but should be a five.」
