Rooms were not cleaned once during our five day stay. I had requested a lower floor due to disabilities and was put on the 4th floor, no elevators. When questioned the staff replied that requests are suggestions only, they don't have to accomodate, and wouldn't. Parking was extremely limited, our car was blocked in and we did not have access to it for the first 3 days there. I would not recommend this hotel

The room was clean but not the bathroom, it’s as a lot of wear and tears, it show it ages. The bathroom was not that clean and there was some mold. We told the front desk and no alternative was offered. The curtains are not covering all the windows so in the morning it’s pretty bright and the front door is not well adjusted so you see all around it. Ac unit motor are next to the bathroom window, very noisy.
