The staff here were all so pleasant and helpful. CJ upgraded me and my doggy to a really nice 1 bdr suite that was very clean and charming with all the old tile and hard wood floors. I will stay here again when I visit my daughter in KTown.

The room was clean. My problem is the hotel seems to be losing the charm it once had since it has been taken over by Hilton. This was my 3rd stay at the property and unfortunately my least favorite. I hope they can restore the charm as well as remodel and update some of the hotel.

Great location! Right across the street from Crypto Arena and plenty of places to eat, drink and be merry. The beds were very comfortable and we could sleep in since checkout was at noon. Thecost was expensive and they (city, county, facility) has taxes which were ridiculous. Parking is expensive but i do get that it is downtown L.A. Bar area was beautiful but since we went for the WNBA game we didn't have time to have a drink there. Next time. Yes, I will go back!!
