"Staff did not clean room properly, no replacement of lotion and empty bottles. Small rooms. The dark shades were not very dark. Greta view though. The staff here is arrogant and rude overall. The onsen is really nice upstairs. The buffet is terrible. They serve same food they did for dinner next day for lunch. Overall it’s an expensive hotel and supposed to be five stars but it felt more like 3 stars. I wouldn’t recommend, not worth the value. "

"Such great value for money! We booked a few days before arriving in March and managed to get a great deal that included their awesome buffet breakfast and premier floor which gets you access to the evening lounge from 4pm-8:30 (closes at 9pm). Includes snacks of nuts, cheese, bread, soup, jerky and dried squid (my fave) as well as a few sweets. Wine, beer and a decent assortment of spirits made my evening cocktail hour super convenient --especially after travelling with a young teen. The room was not huge (we opted to share a queen) but all the extras made up for that. Staff were super friendly and the location was away from super busy area but conveniently close to the subway (as in right above) and a few stops from many major attractions. Highly recommended!"

"I already miss it. This hotel is in a great location. So quiet yet surrounded by gems of bakeries, restaurants, and a short walk to the river walkway. The free water was very much appreciated. The staff cares a lot and were responsive, friendly, and kind. Incredibly professional. I would stay here again. It’s impeccably clean. The only shortfall is the laundry. I don’t think the machines are well-maintained, and the laundry smelled weird. Fortunately there’s a very clean and well rated laundromat nearby. "
