「We had a great time as a family of 5 in the resort for ten nights. There is plenty to do with the kids including aqua aerobics, Zumba, volleyball, tennis, mini golf, belly dancing and a wide choice of swimming pools and water slides (we counted 11 in total). Drinks and refreshments were easy to reach and the main restaurant offers great variety and options. 「The day of late arrived in Hurghada and late check-in the hotel, but the recepetion cannot find out the booking reference number from Hotels.com, and my mom and me were exhausted at lobby for around 1 hours waiting. After the long time of waiting, reception still cannnot track my booking data, but finally accepted me to live. However, I cannot believe the room do not equipped hot water shower , my mom travelled for 24 hours from the long distanced of Taiwan, and the frist nightof stay cannot...

「There was some misunderstanding during our check-in. Which took approximately 2 hours before we could get access to our room. Beside the inconvenience we faced during our check-in, our stay was good. We stayed in a renovated area close to a swimming pool with different types of restaurants. We visited several a-la cart restaurants. We recommend the Indian and the international restaurants. The food in the main restaurant was good, it included variety of options such as meat, fish and seafood....

「Très bien ! Très jolie pour le snorking au bout du ponton . Nourriture très variée , hôtel très propre et super club de plongée . Nombreuses activités gratuites et les excursions à payer en supplément valent vraiment le coup ! ( quad dans le désert, snorkling en bateau , plongée ) . Personnel agréable ( j’ai lu des commentaires négatifs mais il faut aussi voir le comportement des touristes non respectueux oubliant « bonjour » et «  merci ») 」
