Honestly disappointed we expected an overall better experience, first we were allocated one of the worst rooms they have no view, far from pool, beach, restaurant everything really, although we asked for an upgrade before and after we arrived. 「Titanic palace is fantastic clean place to be treated well, politeness, happy friendly staff. The gardens are immaculate with everyone working so hard. I rate this 9/10. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds and maids accommodating for any needs of service. The reception staff can help you with any issues and recommend places to visit. I hope the Titanic palace opens very soon again when all the virus problems subside. I overall rate the palace. 」

「Excellent, clean and beautiful hotel. Having a large number of pools helps the crowd to scatter. The rooms are well maintained and the staff does a great job. We enjoyed the food and snacks very much. Only two things that could be improved is the cocktail selection and the limited number of towel stations. We had to walk quite far to get them exchanged. Overall it is an excellent, luxurious hotel.」

「It wasnt as expected, rooms are big, but not clean. smelly rooms, we had 4 rooms, none of us were satesfied. pool is Good, but sea/beach not to swim in. Good was just ok. room phone doenst work and they couldnt fix, bathroom lock is broken and not fixed. i wouldnt go again」
