「Titanic palace is fantastic clean place to be treated well, politeness, happy friendly staff. The gardens are immaculate with everyone working so hard. I rate this 9/10. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds and maids accommodating for any needs of service. The reception staff can help you with any issues and recommend places to visit. I hope the Titanic palace opens very soon again when all the virus problems subside. I overall rate the palace. 」

「Excellent, clean and beautiful hotel. Having a large number of pools helps the crowd to scatter. The rooms are well maintained and the staff does a great job. We enjoyed the food and snacks very much. Only two things that could be improved is the cocktail selection and the limited number of towel stations. We had to walk quite far to get them exchanged. Overall it is an excellent, luxurious hotel.」

「The service quality went down a bit since last year. Most staff even at front desk are money hungry now unfortunately. Also since they renovated the resort is bigger and amneties are far, golf carts are available to drive guests but at times we have to wait for them in the blazing sun, and once they arrive theyre full so we walked most of the times. Weve been to the resort last year and staff were much more pleasant- for less $ will try another 5 star resort next time.」
