Draps et serviettes non inclus (ni la TV)
Bonjour. Il n'est précisé nulle part sur hotels.com que les draps et serviettes ne sont pas inclus. J'ai donc du payer sur place la location de draps + serviettes (35e pour 2pers, un gentil geste du gérant offrant ceux de l'enfant) pour un séjour de 3 nuits. Que l'on reste 1nuit ou 12nuits, les draps et serviettes ne sont jamais inclus. Après discussion avec Hotels.com, il m'est reproché de ne pas les avoir contacté sur le moment et qu'il est donc trop tard pour le remboursement (malgré facture) des draps. A noter aussi que le wifi et la TV sont en location. De même que les draps, cela n'est précisé nulle part. Je ne recommande donc pas Hotels.com ni Néméa pour ce manque de communication entre eux. Pour le prix final, je serais allé ailleurs. A par cela, les maisons sont correctes et bien localisées. Personnel agréable.

Bonjour, nous sommes arrivés à l'avance et donc avons pu profiter de la piscine le temps d'avoir les clefs. La piscine extérieure ouverte a été très agréable car il y avait beaucoup de monde à la piscine intérieur, les enfants ont bien apprécié les toboggans. Les employés étaient agréables, nous risquons de revenir l'année prochaine.
