「WelcomIng, friendly staff. Room very clean. Comfortable bed. Powerful shower. Ceiling fan. Accommodated our dog and provided dog bed and bowl. Great location. Would not hesitate to stay here again. 」

「Great location, outside of city centre but easily accessible via train. Great local area, lots of bars, restaurants etc. The restaurant in the hotel is also fantastic and excellent service is provided. Rooms are spacious and clean and worth paying extra for a view of the bridge. 」

「We are half way through a full week's stay in this hotel and we almost feel "blessed" to have found it at all. Been traveling the perimeter of Spain on a months long odyssey and by a wide margin this is the best hotel we have experienced thus far with only one more stay remaining. The room is incredible with our own very spacious exterior covered deck/patio space. The restaurant within the hotel is not only reasonable for prices but the quality is very, very good. Didn't know this until a few...

"Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very lazy and don’t attempt to top up the food or clear plates from tables (whilst eating food in front of guests). Same level of poor service was seen in the rooftop bar, with glasses all over near the pool. All staff need a significant amount of training to be at an acceptable standard. "
