"On the whole it was a good stay. But when we ate at the restaurant they included a gratuity on the bill but then asked me to press an option on the card machine as if to intend to be given another tip on top of what I already was paying for. Not great practise. We didn’t have the breakfast as I thought 16.95 was overpriced. There are cheaper options in the village."

"The best thing about this place is their staff. Mr Choba, the manager was extremely helpful from the very start and helped us to locate the property because the GPS directions were not helpful, and subsequently, during check in and after. Our room was facing the Loch ness so the view was serene. The staff serving us breakfast were superb and the ladies must be congratulated for their wonderful manners and professionalism.
