The room was too cold and not so clean for the days we stayed at the hotel and staff was not so helpful as we expected . I stayed at the same place last year and it was great however this time the experience was different because of poor service.

Horwood House Hotel
Tried to arrange everything in advance for a stay with my mum, who has mobility issues. Staff were very accomodating, however, everything was a little further away than they made it out to be.
