「The property was convenient to downtown Dover eateries and had ample parking in a kind of protected courtyard. Our room could have used some TLC. The walls in the bathroom were rough from previous changes and paint, with one spot of drywall exposed from something previously hung on it. There was a void in the ceramic tile on the bathroom floor for an access panel of some sort. The carpet in our room was in need of a serious cleaning or replacement. 「Did not encounter any staff members during our stay. All of it was on a self serve basis, from check in to continental breakfast and checkout.」

「It’s an older property but has been nicely renovated. Staff was supportive and friendly. Everything was good during our 3 night stay EXCEPT our neighbors had a very large gathering right outside our door. 2nd night staff asked them to move, they did, and it was manageable. Our last night they were vulgar, loud, and constant until 11:45 PM. We don’t know why the staff did not enforce the 10PM quiet time. We will not stay at this property next time and take a chance our vacation would be spoiled.」

We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. 「Absolutely loved these glamping tents! We had the tent with a shower/bathroom so it was fabulous. Very comfortable. So many things to do. Very helpful Hosts at check in. Delivered an excellent camping experience without us having to do any of the set up!」

「Immediately after checking in, we went to the room. I don’t know how else to describe the room other than it was filthy, disgusting and smelled. The tub was so heavily stained brown with a filthy shower curtain and the soap tray was a disgusting mess. The headboard above one of the beds was so so dirty, stained and had initials carved into it. The smell of the room…..disgusting. 「My room was FILTHY. Toothpaste on the mirror from previous guest. Nose hair or beared hair all over the sink in the bathroom. Sticky stuff on the TV area and just awful; I had to go to the store to buy cleaning products to clean the room before staying there. The only thing good was the woman in the breakfast area doing the food. The food was not good but she was lovely and accommodating. For this type of chain clean it up. WON'T stay again.」
