"I would say that this was a very nice place to stay we were in the lower rooms and the view was great. As far as the room it needed a little fresh air like any hotel when the rooms are not used and they are closed up you get that musty smell, it goes away after awhile. I am not saying anything was bad just a little tweaking. Overall it was a very nice stay Thank you Tony."

"The staff checked me in very quickly. My room in the second floor was clean. This included the ensuite bathroom. The TV and remote worked fine. The air conditioning blew cold air as expected. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub that had a new shower head and had curtains. There was a safety bar that I could hold on to, to safely get in and get out. Breakfast was good, I had a bagel, orange juice, coffee and a small yogurt. I didn't eat at the Spaulding Steak and Ale restaurant as it is closed Mondays, but there were other places I knew of in Rochester. I would return to this hotel, the next time I return to Rochester NH."

"The property was convenient to downtown Dover eateries and had ample parking in a kind of protected courtyard. Our room could have used some TLC. The walls in the bathroom were rough from previous changes and paint, with one spot of drywall exposed from something previously hung on it. There was a void in the ceramic tile on the bathroom floor for an access panel of some sort. The carpet in our room was in need of a serious cleaning or replacement. The staff in the lobby at check-in and check-out weren't very engaging. It was a good place to stay but had nothing to make it special."
