"Great place to stay in Cape Town. The staff was very helpful my flight got canceled and they allowed us to come back to the hotel and out same room for the night since I had checked out early they were very accommodating will stay there again "

"Location is fantastic, cross a road and you're in the thick of it in the Waterfront. Area felt safe. Room was average sized, but nice and clean, with comfortable bed and decent shower (no bath in our room). Staff are excellent throughout...reception, concierge, restaurant, cleaning...can't fault any of the people who were friendly and always helpful."

"This hotel is wonderful - staff are brilliant, so friendly and efficient and really welcome you and look after you throughout. Love the seemless security, based on facial and car registration recognition. Rooms are wonderful - everything and more of what you need - my room had fridge, microwave, plates, cups, glasses, coffee machine (Nespresso and kettle) and everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Room was spotless and so well laid out - balcomy was a lovely bonus to sit. Bathroom well equiped and provided products of a high quality. Location is about two blocks from the sea/promonade and this is a very busy, vibrant area but the hotel is a quiet sanctuary away from the crowds and once inside you are not disturbed... I really could not find anything to fault this place and enjoyed my two night stay.... "

"Room was spotless and comfortable. Easy to access and reception staff are super helpfull and friendly Room has everything you need to make small meals but the area have amazing restaurants as well. We felt safe to walk around the area during the day and we walked back after midnight and was just making sure to keep looking around and walk fast. There are beggers in the area and you have to get your head around that as it is a global problem. "
