"We were really very pleased with our stay at Grande Kloof. From the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out, we were so pleased with the friendliness and eagreness to help and guide byvevery staff member we came across. The room was just perfect, everything worked well as we were mostly away during day time. The hotel location is really perfect as several attractions are only minutes away from the hotel. "This hotel is wonderful - staff are brilliant, so friendly and efficient and really welcome you and look after you throughout. Love the seemless security, based on facial and car registration recognition. Rooms are wonderful - everything and more of what you need - my room had fridge, microwave, plates, cups, glasses, coffee machine (Nespresso and kettle) and everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Room was spotless and so well laid out - balcomy was a lovely bonus to sit. Bathroom well equiped and provided products of a high quality. Location is about two blocks from the sea/promonade and this is a very busy, vibrant area but the hotel is a quiet sanctuary away from the crowds and once inside you are not disturbed... I really could not find anything to fault this place and enjoyed my two night stay.... "
