「The front desk staff was just amazing. The fact they recognize me from staying there the last 4 times in less then 2 months prior to my dad's passing and asking how he was gives this Comfort Inn a 5 plus stars 」

「When I got there my air condition was broken and they fixed it within 10 minutes. Everything you could need is around it and you can’t get in at night unless you have a key card. Felt safe. 」

「The room was clean and spacious. Also, the clerk at the front desk was articulate and polite. 」

「Everything was good. We did have a fire alarm go off and had to evacuate and they were experiencing a leak in the lobby, but the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.」

「The chairs were dirty in the initial room we checked into, however the staff moved us to another room. The only problem there is that the base of the toilet was dirty. I informed guest services 」

Austin and his southern hospitality keeps us coming back as well as the morning manager. She’s a joy. Breakfast is wonderful, beds comfortable and accessible shower was wonderful. We will be back in May for pickup.」
