"The room and blankets were dirty. Animal hair on them. No one cleans the bathroom. There was human hair everywhere. They need to use a flashlight and you will see how dirty this place is."

"Worst hotel experience and no help from manager when I reached out. Blood stains on pillow, stains on sheets, couch smelled like urine, large brown stain on chair. I have photos. I was told my money would be refunded. Then I was ghosted. I gave them a chance to clean or relocate us to another room. ..."
