"The property itself had black mold in room and bed bugs it wasn't as peaceful as I would have liked because of loud music in the parking lot but it wasn't too bad the front desk clerk was friendly but the cleaning lady was rude"
"The hotel, the staff, the cleaning service and overall quality is absolutely acceptable for the price and serves the needs of a typical stay hotel. The location isn’t for everyone but that shouldn’t take away from the hotel itself as they do everything they can to make for a clean, comfortable and safe stay. "The Hu Hotel was very nice. We only stayed one night but the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is a little chaotic and you have to pay for it.They have an incidentals fee that covers the parking but would have been nice to know ahead of time. We slept in so did not pertake in the buffet breakfast. The rooftop bar is very nice and had great scenery. Hotle is within walking distance of good food and entertainment. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably book again if we pass through Memphis!"
