「I saw that pets were welcomed 」

「Roaches everywhere. 」

「The room was disgusting. There were large rips on the front of the couch, it smelled of cigarettes, the closet door was not hung and leaning into the closet, stains on the curtains and broken soap dish. We arrived after 1am so we were forced to stay there. We checked out 1st thing the next morning and was charged for all 3 nights. 」

「Room was great front desk staff not so much housekeeping was outstanding 」

「The first room we were checked into reeked of sewage or a funky smell, like it was lingering, or it had been there for a while. Once we addressed this to the front desk staff, they allowed us to moved rooms and the issue was resolved. In the New room, there was paint, chipping off walls, inside the restroom. 」

「The air was fine didnt use hot tub」

「The hotel had updated carpet and rooms were clean. The issues at this hotel is as follows. The room phone had no cords or connections, and the hair dryer was broken. The water pressure was excellent. At one point the whole staff went to break together so the front desk was left unattended. At one point I told housekeeping that I didn’t need service for the day which I had asked for an extra towel and face towel, when I came back housekeep removed my extra linin, so I had to go get extra again....

「Room was gross. Old and dirty. They did not have hot water. Tv remote did not work. Got this room due to the kitchen and they were limited on dishes, utensils, pans etc. sick did not work, bathtub flooded and we had dirty Luke warm water covering our feet and ankles upon showering. Tv remote did not work and we were replaced with I one that had missing buttons. I spoke to the front desk about our issues only to be told maintenance was only available part time and would have to enter our room...

「Les cheaps ici! C’est LA place! Propre, confortable, pas au goût du jour mais rien à dire! Le lit était impeccable, pression dans la douche, très confo comme chambre. Pour ceux que ça concerne, la chambre de base(king) a le plus petit frigo que j’ai vu de ma vie 😅 Bruyant à cause de la proximité de l’autoroute, mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de dormir, même en ayant une chambre de ce côté. Parfait pour un arrêt-voyage!」
