「Our room was very dated and need TLC- but acceptable - balcony overlooking the lake was beautiful, but dirty. AC drain leaked on the balcony flooring leaving many water stains. Pools were very nice and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Kudos to the staff. We were there in Oct and many restaurants and bars on site were under reduced hours. Which were not well communicated. Yes I would stay again but wouldn't be top choice.」

「Had an issue with management in regards to our service animal, but once that was solved we had a good stay. The view was beautiful and overall we had a great time with beautiful weather. Breakfast buffet at H.Toads was also great.」
