"Incorrect information shared about the deposit between booking emails and then arriving to check in. Rooms were nice and fresh but missing a lot of basics for a self catering room with cooking facilities. Beds were like wooden boards and had no comfort whatsoever. Noise between rooms was unbearable and had no sound protection, especially with an over noisy neighbour "

"We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend, firstly the really positive points: Staff were amazing, so helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Lovely pool area, really clean and always sunbeds available. We paid slightly more for a room next to the pool and would really recommend doing this. "A nice, boutique hotel, hidden around the back of the high street. So perfectly central for the shops and cafes. Lovely staff who did everything to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable. The room was cleaned daily, along with towels being changed. The only minor gripes - which is what you have to expect with a one star establishment - were: no coffee making facilities in the room; no fridge & no safe. Regardless of the above, a brilliant place and somewhere we'd stay again."

"Love this place. Have a young family and it’s just great. Safe, clean, suite was good size, aircon worked, amazing views. It’s a golf hotel so don’t expect waterslides but the pool is huge and clean and we saw rabbits and woodpeckers"
