"The view from my room was remarkable! Made waking up everyday so pleasant. Room was clean, staff very accommodating and kind. Would definitely stay there again my next time in Niigata"

Don’t be freighted by all the intense instruction
"I was rather intimidated by this listing considering how automotated the whole process is. It’s all done with thorough written instruction and an iPad at check-in/out.
I felt like I was doing a scavenger hunt on The Amazing Race or something.
Stay the course and read everything carefully.
My stay was even better than I anticipated considering how in-human the process was. Clean, big, safe comfortable room.
The walls are thin, so being quiet using headphones is most polite. Try not to use the washing machine too late.
You’re about a fifteen minute hike from the Toyosaka train station which in turn is like a half hour train ride from Niigata.
It’s a great room, space and amenities for the price. And there are good places to eat in town.
Don’t be freighted by all the intense instruction. It’ll pay off!
Would definitely return. "
