No pudimos disfrutar de la chimenea en pleno mes de enero aunque lo solicitamos expresamente. Nos dijeron que no había muchos huéspedes y no la iban a encender. Vimos que la casa estaba llena. Tampoco nos enseñaron la zona de estar de la planta de abajo para descansar un poco después de estar todo el día fuera. Eran las siete y media de la tarde y ellos tenían previsto marcharse. Les pedimos que al menos nos indicaran dónde encender y apagar la luz para no estar encerrados en la habitación todo el tiempo. Tuve la sensación de que les molestábamos. Debido a un problema de espalda, al hacer la reserva solicitamos una almohada gruesa. Ni rastro de ella ni de explicación alguna.
