「The AC was broken. The comforters had oil stains on them before we even set our things on the bed. When I notified front desk staff, I just said thank you for letting us know and there was no offer to move rooms or anything helpful. Our shower was cracked and broken. Overall looks like the building could use several updates, but the price reflects nicer, newer facilities that are not available.」

「Quality Inn was easy to get to, quick check-in, and despite it not having an elevator, the front desk helped carry our bags up to the second floor. There were cookies and water in the reception area in the evening, and a good selection of breakfast choices in the morning. The only downside to this hotel besides not having an elevator, is the breakfast room is very small and very tight. I would definitely stay here again.」

「The room was pretty clean and staff were friendly. It was difficult to sleep because the traffic from Sherman Ave was very loud. It was a Saturday night so a lot of people were out partying so understandable. Although we won’t be back with how loud it was.」
