"Decent place to sleep for the cost. Wasnt expecting much. Breakfast was the same both days with waffles, biscuits and gravy, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, bagels, etc. My room amenities lusted a coffee make but there was not one in the room. The elevator feels a liitle sketch and allows no more than 4 people at a time. "

"I only stayed a couple of nights, there were kids running up and down the hallways being loud late into the evening, past 10pm. While they were being kids I guess the staff made zero efforts to tell them to keep it down a bit and no running in the hallways."

"Clean room the pool was amazing they had enough activities to do "

"So we were warned that the elevator would only be available when an operator was available which ended up be very sketchy. Had to carry our suitcases down from 4 th floor upon leaving as no one around. The bathroom sink was dirty…. Had hair in it, so obviously not cleaned. The bed linens were nearly threadbare! Could see right through them. Only one large towel when we informed there were two of us checking in. No thermostat, so we were cold in the night with no way to fix it ……"

"About as expected but being remodeled. Loud construction noise started about 9 am. We were put in a room set up for wheelchair though we hadn’t requested that and don’t need it. The shower drain had some sharp tile edges around it. We avoided stepping on them so as not to cut our feet. The price was better than hotels closer to Xenia and Dayton."

"The room needs a good cleaning, the headboards were dusty, walls are dirty, beds need pulled out. Edges need to be vacuumed as you can see all the crumbs in the cracks. For this hotel to only be like 6 years old it's not being taken care of properly. Our room was missing a blackout shade, so it was really bright in the morning. This was a last minute find that didn't have any previous reviewers saying they had bugs, which was why I chose it. I only seen a dead ant in our room and a dead stink bug by the pool. Pool is super cold and there's no hot tub."

"Way overpriced. For $140/night you would expect conditions to be much better. There was a foul odor throughout the hotel, room was not well cleaned, and breakfast selection and food quality was not great to say the least "
