Just traveling through on our way back from southern Ohio and wanted to make the trip shorter to Columbus. Lovely room, very clean and comfortable. Nice sized parking lot and reasonable cost. Enjoyed watching some football on TV with a pizza from a local establishment. Would definitely stay here again.

Soap dispensers in the shower and at the sink were very convenient and cut down on waste. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Owner gave us recommendations for dining. I will stay here again and recommend it to all my friends.

Was not sure that we picked a good place to stay in Hillsboro. Looked old from the outside. Room was updated and very nice. very clean also. would stay here again !

The location was about perfect for all areas and attractions around Hillsboro. Renovations are going on and seem well done. The only complaint was the natresses were a bit too firm

It was close to town and it was easy to get to. It was nice to be able to pull right up to the door. The twin beds were very uncomfortable, and you could not move at all without the bed, making a very loud noise against the wall. While trying to use the sink, the water sprayed all over me. There is paint peeling from the door in the bathroom. I felt like I was in the movie “Elf” while trying to take a shower because I had to crouch down to get my face wet. At least the shower water pressure was good. The room felt humid pretty much all night even with the air conditioner on. It felt very much like camping.

Me and my wife have been staying at Paragon for 12 years. We live in kentucky and have property in Hillsboro and We would stay there approximately 30 nights a year. The previous owner took very good care of her customers. I have about 10 buddies from out of town that used to stay there throughout the year also during the winter months for hunting. The rooms were always clean and if we needed extra towels she would give them to us. Since the new owners took over about 1.5 years ago the service and cleanliness has went extremely down hill. It started off with one of the rooms having bed bugs. We demanded that we not stay in certain rooms that we new from past experiences to have bed bugs. The manager said that they were working on getting that taken care of. Then each time it got worse until this weekend we booked a room for 2 days and when we got to our room the sheets had blood and hair on it and there was pee on toilet seat, hair in sink and shower. I went to the manager and asked to get sheets replaced and clean up toilet. My wife has long hair and asked him for an extra towel and he said they would have to charge me for extra towel. And if that was not enough when i stepped in shower there was black dirt from the carpet on my feet and it showed up in water in tub and there was a dirty wash cloth stuck in shower curtain from the last people that stayed there. This is just a small tip of the problems there including parking problems.
